What's inside a job after publishing?

Jobs contain an ATS for candidates and their information, a suggested column, and much more!

Manage candidates within the ATS system to stay organized and ensure candidates receive a notification when rejected.

Jobs

Each job contains an overview of the following;

  • The job location, the date the job was published, and an edit pencil to edit the job position.

  • The number of candidates in the New, Interested, and Rejected ATS columns and the total number of candidates who have applied.

Actions Dropdown
In the actions dropdown arrow inside of each job, you can;
  • Edit the job from here also.
  • Duplicate a job when you want to use a job posting to publish it for multiple locations.
  • Share your job on Linkedin, Facebook, Email, and Twitter. You can also copy the link to share in other places.
  • Mark as filled once a position has been filled.
  • Delete the job if you don't plan on using it in the future.

Job Description is located under the candiates metrics.

ATS Columns

Each job contains an ATS with three columns. When a candidate applies, their card populates in the ATS system. There is also a built-in day counter in cards in the New and Rejected columns.

  • New candidates have an 18-day counter on the bottom of the candidate's card.
    • This gives you eighteen days to evaluate the candidate and move them to a different column.
    • If not moved, on day 19, the candidate is automatically moved to the rejected column. This ensures that the candidates receive an email.
  • Interested
    • Candidates in the interested column have no timer and can only be moved to rejected manually.
  • Rejected
    • Rejected candidates have a 3-day counter on the bottom right of the card. This allows you three days to move the candidate back to interested "no harm, no foul."
    • If not moved, on day 4, the candidates receive an email, and the card is locked in place.

Suggested

The suggested candidate's list is on the left of the ATS columns. Use "Suggested" to invite workers looking for a job to review and apply for yours.

  • Click the letter icon to send an invite.
  • The candidate is sent an email and text message once submitted.

Candidates Location
Location is provided by the user and shared with partners. This location can be found on the candidate's card, within a suggested candidate's info, and on the candidate's page.
