How do I manage the job board?

Easily manage your jobs within the Jobs Board.

Job Board
Each page in the job board contains ten jobs. Use the arrows at the bottom right to view all pages.  
In each job position, you can consider the following;
  • Job details - Pay, Per Diam, Days, and hours required. 
  • Location - Where the job is located.
  • Status - active, expired, filled, or saved as a draft.
  • The number of candidates in the ATS columns New, Interested, Rejected, and view the Total number of candidates who have applied for a job.
Sorting 
Jobs can be sorted by Name or Location. 
Action Dropdown
In the actions dropdown to the right of each job, you can;
  • You can edit the job; this can also be done using the pencil at the top of each job.
  • You can duplicate a job if you want to use the same job post for multiple locations. 
  • Share your job on Linkedin, Facebook, Email, and Twitter. You can also copy the link to share.
  • Mark as filled once a position has been filled.
  • Delete a job if you don't plan on using it in the future.
