Candidate cards contain the profile information provided to BoomNation by the candidate.
A worker's candidate card populates in the new column of a job once they apply. You can edit candidate cards to track progress while working through the hiring process.
Candidates Card
Click the candidate's card to open.
- On the card's left side, review the profile information entered by the candidate, such as trades, certificates, education, resume experience, etc.
- On the card's right side, perform actions on the card that will be visible to you from the ATS view.
- To personalize;
- Choose "Add Label" to pick from an existing label or create a personalized label.
- These labels will be visible at the top of the candidate's card.
- Choose "Favorite" to place a star next to the candidate's name and "Unfavorite" to remove the star.
- Add a "Note" to document any thoughts for yourself or coworkers.
- Choose "Add Label" to pick from an existing label or create a personalized label.
- Message the candidate in our app! Click the message button to be brought directly to the candidate you wish to chat with on our message board.
- You can also leave a note or move the candidate card to a different status.
Once you have finished personalizing the card, you can close it to view the labels you added, the star for favorite, and the icons representing your note and the candidate's resume.
- Also, use the lines in the top right of a column to sort candidates, moving more qualified ones to the top.
